UP Board Exam 2024 Paper Leak: In a significant development, the main accused in the Uttar Pradesh class 12 board exam paper leak, Vinay Chaudhary, has been apprehended. The mathematics and biology question papers were allegedly leaked on a WhatsApp group merely an hour after the commencement of the exams in the second shift.

Exam Paper Leak Unravels

Vinay Chaudhary stands accused of taking photographs of the Intermediate Biology and Mathematics papers and circulating them within a WhatsApp group. The illicit act came to light when the question papers surfaced on the “All Principals Agra” WhatsApp group during the second shift of the examination.

Legal Action Initiated

Upon the complaint filed by District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) Agra, Dinesh Kumar, an FIR has been registered in Fatehpur Sikri. The FIR implicates the principal of Atar Singh Inter College in Rajhauli, Kiraoli, Fatehpur Sikri, along with his son—who serves as a computer operator at the institute—and others.

Authorities and Educational Oversight Respond

Dr. Mukesh Agrawal, Joint Director of the Secondary Education Department and the Observer for the exams, expressed grave concern over the incident. He assured that a committee has been formed to investigate the matter thoroughly, and necessary actions will be taken. Dr. Agrawal emphasized that legal measures would be pursued against those found guilty of compromising the integrity of the examination process.
