His supporters present on the spot raised slogans of Jaishree Ram. In fact, Deputy CM Samrat Chaudhary had tied the knot on his head, taking a pledge to remove Jungle Raj and anarchists from power. That resolution was fulfilled on January 28, 2024. After that, he took bath in the holy water of Sarasalila Saryu and announced to offer Muretha at the feet of Lord Shri Ram and donate hair.

On January 28, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had resigned from the post of Chief Minister and separated from the Grand Alliance, the symbol of jungle-raj. On the same day, his resolve was fulfilled by forming the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government under the leadership of CM Nitish Kumar.

Now he is an ally of Nitish Kumar and a government dedicated to good governance and development is running in Bihar.
