UP Polls: Congress candidate from Rampur, Kazim Ali Khan’s assets value can blow your mind

Rampur: This time many crorepatis are in fray for the Uttar Pradesh assembly election. Where there is long list of crorepati politicians taking part in the ongoing elections, there is one candidate from Congress who tops the list.

Nawab Kazim Ali,  the candidate contesting from Rampur on Congress ticket has the highest movable and immovable assets worth Rs. 2.96, crore (2,96,88,48,840), according to the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) report. Along with this he also has a liability of Rs.7 3,43,266.

Know how much property Kazim Ali has

Nawab Kazim Ali, the heir of the Nawab family of Rampur, has assets worth more than 2 billion 96 crore and is the richest candidate in the district. Most of this property is inherited by him.

According to ADR report, Kazim Ali has a total movable and immovable assets of Rs 2 billion 96 crore 88 lakh 48 thousand 840 out of which, he has inherited property worth 2 billion 94 crores. He himself has acquired assets worth 1 crore 70 lakh rupees. In this, about 1 lakh 20 thousand rupees are deposited in the five bank accounts of Nawab Kazim Ali Khan. Nawab Sahib has about 45 thousand rupees in cash.

On the other hand, his wife Yasin Ali Khan has deposits of Rs 2 lakh 22 thousand in four bank accounts. She has Rs 50,000 in cash.

Nawab Kazim Ali Khan has a car worth about 28 lakh rupees and jewelery worth 40 lakh 75 thousand rupees. Apart from this, he has some other valuables worth two lakhs. At the same time, his wife Yasin Ali Khan has a car worth about 22 lakh rupees and jewelery worth 38 lakh 22 thousand and other valuables worth one lakh.

The elections to the 403 assembly seats are being held in seven phases this time. The polls for the first two phases were held on 10 and 14 February.

The election results will be announced on March 10.
