Actually, Sunita, a resident of Dhantholi village of Gonda, had met the SSP along with a Bhagwatacharya of Vrindavan. She told that her innocent son has been sent to jail for kidnapping and killing a village girl. But in reality that girl is alive and living a comfortable life with her husband and two children. On the instructions of the SSP, the police took action on the matter and arrested the accused girl.

Police said that on February 7, 2015, the missing report of the girl student studying in class 10 was registered in Gonda police station. In this case, suspicion was raised on Vishnu, the only son of Anita, the widow of the village itself. However, after investigation for several months, the clue of the girl was not found.

At the same time, a dead body of a girl was found in Agra. Based on the clothes found on her body, the Gonda resident’s father identified the body as that of his daughter and accused Vishnu of murder. On September 25, 2015, the police filed a charge sheet against Vishnu and sent him to jail on the charge of seducing and killing the teenager and erasing the evidence.

Vishnu came out on bail for a few days. But after the trial of the case in the court, he had to go to jail again. Meanwhile, Vishnu’s family started gathering information about the missing girl and came to know that the girl was alive. It is alleged that the girl’s family started pressurizing mother Anita for the agreement. On the request of Vishnu’s mother, the police arrested the girl and produced her in the court.

Vishnu’s mother Anita alleges that her son has been framed. He is accused of abducting a girl from Gonda seven years ago and killing her at Etmaddaula in Agra. Mother Anita told that my son has been framed innocently, now the court should decide on this. The son should be acquitted.

At the same time, in this case, Inspector Umesh Sharma, in-charge of Gonda police station, told that the police is busy in bringing out the truth. The youth can be released from jail only after recording the statement in the court. Legal aspects and facts are being collected in the matter.

“We are going to get the DNA profiling of the woman done to move ahead in the case. DNA samples of the woman will be matched with her parents and after its report further action will be taken,” the officer said.
