US: Gunman including 8 killed, 7 injured in Texas shopping mall shooting

Dallas: There is news of shootout again in Texas, USA. This firing is being told here in a mall. According to Reuters, the police also retaliated in the shooting at the Texas Mall. “One suspect has died,” sources told. According to WFAA television, police at the scene said several people, including children, were injured. His condition was not immediately known.

9 People were shot in the shooting

According to the Allen Police Department, “9 victims were transported to local hospitals. A multi-agency response helped secure the mall. There is no longer an active threat. A rendezvous point has been created on Chelsea Boulevard.” Police respond to a shooting at an outlet mall in the Dallas area on Saturday, according to the AP.

A call of shots fired was received at 3:40 p.m. local time from Allen Premium Outlets in Allen, Texas. A dispatcher for the Allen police confirmed that the department is investigating the shooting.

According to WFAA, the Collin County Sheriff said the shooter has been killed. In videos shared on social media, people can be seen running from the parking lot and gunshots can be heard.

More than 30 police vehicles blocked the entrance to the mall, with several ambulances at the scene. A Live0 broadcast from the news station also showed armored trucks and other law enforcement vehicles stationed outside the huge outdoor mall. Ambulances were also rushed to the spot from several neighboring cities. Meanwhile, the Dallas office of the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives also responded.
