Uttarakhand:CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said that a committee has been constituted to implement the Uniform Civil Code in the state.Which will prepare the draft by 30th June. As soon as the draft is received, the Uniform Civil Code will be implemented in the state.Which Uttarakhand will be the first state in the country, where Uniform Civil Code will be implemented.
To implement the Uniform Civil Code in Uttarakhand, the state government constituted a five-member expert committee under the chairmanship of former Supreme Court judge Ranjana Prakash Desai.The committee will examine all relevant laws governing personal civil affairs of all people in the state and prepare a report on the draft law or amendments to the existing law.Former Chief Justice of Sikkim High Court Pramod Kohli, former Chief Secretary, former Vice Chancellor and a social activist have been made members of the committee.
Major decisions taken in the Industry Committee meeting:
1.He said that ESI Hospital will be connected to SIDCUL internally.This takes more time. Three and a half crore rupees have been sanctioned for the construction of the road for this.
2.ESI hospital will also open in Kashipur.
3.All the roads inside the sidewalk.They will be repaired.
4.Lisa policy will be simplified
5.Fire station will be established in Bahadarabad industrial area
6.The height of industrial buildings will be further increased
7.Sidewalk roads will be built
8.Encroachment will be removed from all places including industrial areas.
9.Electricity sub-stations will be upgraded
CM Dhami said, Love Jihad and Land Jihad it is not fair for the nation and the state.We have the strongest law to stop this. We all have to stop this together, he said. Chief Minister Dhami said, Uttarakhand will be made the best state of the country.Other states of the country also want to implement the law that we have made.This is a big achievement for the entire state.He said that better facilities are being provided to Chardham pilgrims.
