Vande Bharat Express: PM Modi to flag off south 1st Vande Bharat, inaugurate airport terminal at Bengaluru today

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Friday. During this, PM Modi will flag off South India's first Vande Bharat Express. He will also inaugurate Terminal-2 of Kempegowda International Airport, built with a cost of Rs 5000 crore.

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on Friday. During this, PM Modi will flag off South India’s first Vande Bharat Express. He will also inaugurate Terminal-2 of Kempegowda International Airport, built with a cost of Rs 5000 crore.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, on Friday, at Vidhansoudh in Bengaluru, the saints will pay floral tributes to the statues of poet Shri Kanakadas and Maharishi Valmiki. After this he joined KSR in Bangalore. Vande Bharat and Bharat Gaurav will flag off Kashi Express at the railway station. After that, he will also inaugurate Terminal-2 of Kampegowda International Airport. Apart from this, a 108 feet bronze statue of Nadaprabhu Kempegowda will also be unveiled in Bengaluru. PM Modi will attend the 36th convocation of Gandhigram Rural Institute in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu at around 3.30 pm.

PM Modi will reach Karnataka on Friday. Where he will flag off Vande Bharat Express from Krantiveer Sangoli railway station. Let us tell you that this is the fifth train in India and the first Vande Bharat train in South India. Apart from this, PM Modi will also flag off the Bharat Gaurav Kashi Darshan train. At the same time, PM Modi will also inaugurate Terminal-2 of Kempegowda International Airport built at a cost of Rs 5000 crore.

The Prime Minister will dedicate ONGC’s U field onshore deep water block project in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, developed at a cost of over Rs 2900 crore. He will also lay the foundation stone of GAIL’s Srikakulam Angul Natural Gas Pipeline project. PM Modi will dedicate a fertilizer plant in Ramagundam to the nation. He will address the 36th convocation of Gandhigram Rural Institute in Tamil Nadu’s Gandhigram.
