No matter how hard we try to control ourselves, we cannot control our anger. Many times, due to planetary defects, a person harms himself in anger. 2- Minimize the use of red color in the house. It works to increase your anger. For example, do not use the walls of the house, bedsheets, cushion covers and curtains in red color.
