Washington: Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra took to social media to release the trailer of much-awaited romantic comedy ‘Love Again’ starring Sam Heughan. On Instagram, Priyanka treated fans to a trailer video with a caption, “We made this film in tough times, most of it away from loved ones, but every day on set was special, especially From the incomparable @celinedion and with my amazing co-stars @samheughan, @russelltovey, @sofiabarclay.”
The film is about a character played by Priyanka who gives love another chance after losing her partner. Priyanka’s husband, singer-actor Nick Jonas, has a special cameo in the film.This couple has also kissed in the trailer.
The trailer begins with a glimpse of Priyanka as Meera, who is struggling with her life and the death of her fiancé. To cope, she begins sending messages to her old phone number, which has been reassigned to a new one, played by Sam Heughan, aka Rob Burns.
Rob is a reporter who becomes infatuated with Mira’s candid and heartwarming messages in which she opens up about her past hurts. Rob is assigned to write a story about singer Celine Dion. Rob and Mira meet during an opera night and click immediately.
However, Rob struggles with how to confess to Mira that he has fallen in love with her via texts.Played by Jim Strauss. It is set to hit the theaters on May 12, 2023. Based on the 2016 German film SMS für Dich by Karoline Herfurth, the film was earlier titled It’s All Coming Back to Me.
Apart from this film, Priyanka will be seen in ‘Citadel’ series. Produced by Russo Brothers, ‘Citadel’ will release on OTT on Prime Video. The upcoming science-fiction drama series is being directed by Patrick Morgan and also stars Richard Madden alongside Priyanka.
She will star opposite Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zara’, which promises to be another story of friendship in the mold of hits ‘Dil Chahta Hai’ and ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’.
