Sushant Chaturvedi, a lawyer, tweeted, “There is a huge fire, it can be seen from the house in Noida. It seems that this area is near Yamuna at Okhla border.” He said that the fire is so fierce that it can be seen even from Noida in the neighborhood of Delhi.

Another Twitter user named Amritam Anand wrote, burning stubble could be the reason for the fire. Tagging Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi Police, he wrote, “A huge fire broke out on the banks of Yamuna in Delhi which can be seen even from Noida. Looks like stubble burning. Urges strict action.”
