Actually, the whole matter started with the wrong name in the ration card. Here a person’s name was printed in the ration card instead of Dutta’s ‘dog’. He went to the government office several times to get it corrected but still the name was not rectified.

When I applied for correction, this time Shrikant Kumar dog was written instead of Shrikant Dutta on the ration card. Even after repeatedly asking for improvement, the improvement has not been done till now. Because of this, he adopted this path.
