Weather Update: Today rainfall havoc in these states. The Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rain in the next few days in a large part of the country.

New Delhi: The Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast heavy rain in the next few days in a large part of the country. According to IMD, there may be heavy rain in Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura and Mizoram on Monday. On the other hand, there is a possibility of rain in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya for the next five days. Similarly, heavy rain has also been predicted in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Jharkhand.

According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department, during the next 24 hours, in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal (West Bengal), Karnataka (Karnataka) and Telangana, Bihar, East and Central Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Lakshadweep, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh And there is a possibility of light to moderate rain in Uttarakhand. According to the Meteorological Department, for the next two days, along with the northeastern states, there will be heavy rain in Bihar, UP and Uttarakhand. Orange alert has been issued in many districts of Uttarakhand.

Heavy rain and light to moderate rains have been forecast at many places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand today, August 29. At the same time, heavy rain is expected in Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram and Nagaland today, while isolated heavy rain and thundershowers are likely to occur over Arunachal Pradesh and Assam and Meghalaya for the next 4 days. Light to moderate rain with one or two heavy spells is likely over East Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Similarly, light to moderate rain is possible over parts of Odisha, Bihar, East and Central Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Vidarbha, Lakshadweep, Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand. Light rain is possible at one or two places over South Gujarat, Maharashtra and West Madhya Pradesh.

Many districts of Uttar Pradesh are surrounded by flood water due to leaving water from neighboring states. Ganga river in Prayagraj, Varanasi and Ghazipur have crossed the danger mark. Flood water has reached Riyashi areas, so people are forced to migrate. People are in panic from Mirzapur, Chandauli, Bundelkhand’s rivers in Banda, Jalna, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Etawah.

Like UP, many districts of Madhya Pradesh (MP), Rajasthan (Rajasthan) and Odisha (Odisha) are also in the grip of floods after heavy rains. At the same time, there is no possibility of rain in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab.

According to the weather forecasting agency Skymet, the Monsoon Trough is moving from a low pressure area over southeast Pakistan and adjoining southwest Rajasthan, over Bikaner, Bahraich, Gaya, Bankura, Digha and east southeast Bay of Bengal. At the same time, there is a cyclonic circulation in South-East Uttar Pradesh and adjoining area. Apart from this, another cyclonic circulation lies over the Bay of South West Bengal.
