Ginger lemon honey drink
To make the drink you will need one litre of water, two lemons, one-inch grated ginger, half teaspoon pepper, one teaspoon honey and one teaspoon lemon juice.
To make the drink, firstly take a big pan and put water in it. Now take two roughly chopped lemon rinds in it and squeeze one lemon juice. Add ginger and pepper. Boil this until the lemon softens. Now let it cool, strain the water, add honey and have it warm.
Lemon can do wonders in weight loss. It can reduce insulin resistance and also the amount of fat that is stored in the body. On the other hand, ginger can reduce hunger cravings and boost immunity.
Cinnamon cumin black pepper drink
To make the drink you will need one litre of water, 3 teaspoons of cumin seeds, 2-inch cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of lemon.
To make the drink, take a pan and pour one litre of water into it. Add cumin, black pepper and cinnamon and let it boil for five-seven minutes. Strain the drink, add honey and lemon and have it lukewarm.
Cinnamon is full of antioxidants and helps in weight loss. It has anti-inflammatory properties and helps fight diabetes. On the other hand, cumin is also good for digestion and boosts immunity. When combined with black pepper, it makes for a perfect weight loss drink.
Green tea and mint drink
To make the drink you will need two teaspoons of green tea leaves, 6-7 mint leaves and one cup of hot water.
To make the drink, take the pan and add one cup of water and mint leaves. Let this boil for five minutes. Now add the green tea leaves and leave them for another three minutes. Strain the tea and have it warm.
