West Bengal: A video of two rhinos attacking a tourist vehicle has surfaced in Jaldapara National Park in North West Bengal. The matter is being told of Saturday. It is being said that suddenly two rhinos attacked the vehicle of tourists who had gone to visit the National Park. At least 7 tourists were injured in the rhino attack.
All the injured tourists were immediately shifted to the local Madarihat health centre. The condition of two of them is reportedly serious and they have been shifted to the Alipurduar district hospital.
After the attack, the driver of the vehicle full of tourists tried his best to flee the scene, but the vehicle overturned on the side of the road, injuring 7 people. According to eyewitnesses, two rhinos were fighting among themselves in the bushes adjacent to the road. During this a gypsy full of tourists reached there.

Car overturned during escape
Eyewitnesses told that tourists started making videos after seeing the rhinos fighting. Seeing this, the attention of the rhinoceros came towards the tourist’s gypsy. Then both the rhinos started chasing the car full of tourists. During this, the driver of Gypsy started running in reverse but suddenly Gypsy overturned while reversing on the roadside. During this, the tourist present on the other vehicle made a video which is now viral on social media.
According to the information, all the injured tourists were immediately taken to the local Madarihat Health Center. The condition of two of them is said to be serious and they have been referred to Alipurduar District Hospital. A forest department official said rhinos coming towards tourist vehicles in Jaldapara National Park has never been reported before.
Kamal Ghazi, the driver of the jeep who sustained minor injuries, said that he has been in this profession for a long time, but he had never come across such a situation. Luckily no one has been killed, otherwise the situation could have been worse.
