Will ongoing ED case impact Jacqueline’s Riyadh performance with Salman today?

Mumbai: As the Sri Lankan beauty, Jacqueline Fernandez is currently being interrogated by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in an alleged 200 crore money laundering case, fans are puzzled if the 36-year-old would appear on stage with Salman Khan today on Da-Bangg Tour. To note, Jacqueline was supposed to be a part of Da-Bangg Tour with actor Salman Khan, which is going to take place today in Riyadh and it is still uncertain whether the actress will be part of it or not.

Recently, her pictures with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar went viral on social media and reportedly the actress was supposed to get detained by the police. Also the actress was stopped at the Mumbai Airport on December 6 by immigration officials as the central probing agency opened a LOC (Look Out Circular) against her in the Sukesh Chandrasekar case. Ms Fernandez was scheduled to fly to Dubai for a show.

Meanwhile, ED has been questioning her in connection with Rs. 200 crore money laundering case. It is said that Sukesh had given expensive gifts to Jacqueline. Due to this interrogation, Jacqueline’s work is surely being affected. 

A couple of days ago, when Dabangg Salman had tweeted about the show, Jacqueline was a part of the promotional video. Salman had also tagged her in the tweet, however, last night during the press conference in Riyadh, Salman broke his silence and revealed whether Jacqueline will be a part of Da-Bangg Tour or not.

At the press conference, Salman said, “Inshallah, she will be here tomorrow. If not, I’ll perform as Jacqueline.” So, now let’s see whether Riyadh will get to watch Jacqueline’s performance or not.

We all know Salman and Jacqueline are very close friends. The two have worked in several movie like ‘Kick’ and ‘Race 3’, and they will also share screen together in ‘Kick 2’. This year, Jacqueline had also featured in a dance number in Salman’s ‘Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai’.

According to a report, the central agency has unearthed evidence showing financial transactions from Chandrasekar to Ms Fernandez. A horse worth ₹ 52 lakh and three Persian cats worth ₹ 9 lakh were among gifts worth ₹ 10 crores given by Chandrashekar to Ms Fernandez, the ED has reportedly claimed in its charge sheet.
