New Delhi: Unidentified miscreants threw acid on a 36-year-old woman standing with her son in Delhi’s Bharat Nagar area. It is being told that some splashes of acid thrown on the woman have also fallen on her son’s body.
Giving information about the incident, Delhi Police said that unknown miscreants threw acid on a 36-year-old woman standing with her son in Bharat Nagar area. During this, some splashes of acid have also fallen on the son’s body along with him. Police said personal enmity could be behind the attack. Every aspect of the incident is being investigated.
Both mother and son received treatment at a hospital for the burn injuries. The woman reported the attack to the police after she returned from the hospital.
Police suspect personal enmity to be the reason behind the attack.
