The inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League begins in Mumbai from March 4. BCCI is leaving no stone unturned to make it a grand event. Its launch has been planned with a bang. According to information, Bollywood superstars Kiara Advani and Kriti Sanon will participate in this ceremony to be held at DY Patil Stadium on March 4. Along with this, well-known singer AP Dhillon will sing the WPL anthem.

Mumbai Indians announced their captain on Wednesday. MI has given Harmanpreet Kaur the responsibility. Though Harmanpreet was not the costliest player bought by Mumbai in last month’s auction, everyone was expecting her to lead the team.
