BCCI worried about hybrid model of PCB:

The ICC and the World Cup host Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) are worried about Najam Sethi’s hybrid model, sources said. Sethi has suggested a hybrid model for the Asia Cup ahead of the World Cup, but officials are concerned that if the model is accepted for the regional competition, the PCB will face questions from the ICC over Pakistan playing in India. PCB wants its match at neutral venue:

Najam Sethi has already indicated that if the Pakistan government does not allow the team to be sent to India due to security reasons, then the PCB will ask the ICC to get Pakistan’s matches at neutral venues. Naturally, the ICC and BCCI do not want such a situation as it will affect the India-Pakistan match and even the success of the tournament, sources said.
