Mumbai: The day before, late at night, reports began to circulate that Kartik Aaryan had signed a deal for a film directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. It has not been decided yet who will be in the female lead role for the project.
The Kartik-Kabir duo looks a bit strange, but then unfamiliar things have happened in Bollywood. The interest has piqued and this has become an awaited film. Also, what was being said yesterday was that the role of Kartik is very challenging and he has to go for weight loss transformation.
We now know that this film will not begin production until next year, but the script is complete. Nadiadwala, Kabir, and Kartik—all three—are very happy with his production.
However, the biggest news here is that we now know that Sumit Arora will write the screenplay for this movie. The dialogue for the films “83,” “Stree,” and “Family Man” was written by him. About 600 episodes of the television programme “Dill Mill Gayye” were also written by Sumit.
Kartik is currently enjoying himself after the grand success of “Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2”, doing well at the box office. The movie, directed by Kabir Khan, would be Kartik and Nadiadwala’s second collaboration; the first was “Satyanarayan Ki Katha”. Naturally, Kartik’s performance in “Satyanarayan Ki Katha” has impressed Nadiadwala a lot.
Kabir Khan has directed several films, including “Ek Tha Tiger,” “Kabul Express,” “83,” “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” and “Tubelight.”
