According to a press release from the Chief Minister’s Office, Yogi Adityanath’s personal X account (@myogiadityanath) recently surpassed a remarkable milestone, amassing an impressive 27.4 million followers.
In the realm of Indian politicians’ personal X accounts, CM Yogi secures the third position, trailing only behind Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. This accomplishment pushes Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to a lower spot.
The release highlighted that Yogi Adityanath’s social media influence significantly outshines other prominent political figures. For instance, his follower count surpasses that of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, who has 24.8 million followers, and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, who boasts 19.1 million followers on X.
In addition to his personal X account, Yogi Adityanath’s official office account (@myogioffice) has also garnered substantial attention, accumulating a following of over 10 million since its initiation in January 2019.
