Lucknow: A day after CM Yogi Adityanath and 52 ministers in his cabinet have taken oath, speculations have started to make rounds in the political gallery of Uttar Pradesh regarding the division of department among the ministers. As portfolios are likely to be distributed to the ministers soon, it is believed that deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya can be given the public works department this time too. Whereas, another deputy CM Brajesh Pathak can be made the minister of urban development.
Meanwhile, Swatantra Dev Singh is likely to get Jal Shakti Minister. At the same time, AK Sharma, who was a close aide of PM Modi and has become a minister in the Yogi government, can be given Health Ministry. While, the responsibility of education minister can be given to Babyrani Maurya.
Along with this, senior BJP leader and Yogi government minister Suresh Khanna can be made Parliamentary affairs Minister, whereas, Surya Prasad Shahi can get agriculture or sugarcane development; Pal Singh Road development minister; Chaudhary can get Panchayati Raj department. It is being told that this evening decision can be taken up regarding the division of department among the Ministers.
