Yogi’s 100 days of governance: Key highlights

Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi today showcased his party’s achievements on completing 100 days of governance in Uttar Pradesh and was accompanied by senior party leaders including Deputy CM and state President Keshav Prasad Maurya and Deputy CM Dinesh Sharma.

Addressing the media at press conference, Yogi laid emphasis on the security and development issues that his government has worked upon in the last few months.

CM accused the previous government of deteriorating the development base and financial infrastructure of the state.

CM stated that the previous governments were sort of hindrance to the development of the state.

Yogi further stated that as compared to the previous year the buying of wheat has increased.

UP Chief Minister expressed his work satisfaction on his 100 days governance.

He further said that during his rule the roads have comparatively been better and convenient.

CM stated that waiving off the loan of 86 lakh farmers helped them to a great extent.

Yogi promised that good governance under his guidance will help in the development of the state.

UP CM further went on to say that our government will not discriminate people on the basis of caste, creed and religion.

Yogi said that the main aim is to take action against criminals and ensure criminal-free state.

He also praised the initiative taken by the government to keep a check on land mafias in UP.

CM said that there will be steps taken for the safety of women and girls.

Yogi further stated that an informative scheme will be started against girl feticide.

CM said that there will be 181 helpline for the safety of women.

UP CM went on to say that by 2018 the state will be free of open defecation.

Giving a major boost to the education system in UP, CM declared the opening of 166 Deendayal Upadhyaya schools in the state.

CM said that Purwanchal expressway will be constructed.
