Bhopal: On Saturday, an official said that a massive fire breaks out at Vallabh Bhavan State Secretariat in Bhopal. After receiving information about this incident local police and fire tenders reached on the spot.

Bhopal: On Saturday, an official said that a massive fire breaks out at Vallabh Bhavan State Secretariat in Bhopal. After receiving information about this incident local police and fire tenders reached on the spot.

According to the information, the blaze erupted on the fourth floor of the building. Getting information about this, Fire tenders were rushed to the spot immediately. Firefighting operations are underway.

The police said that thick blanket of smoke engulfed the building as the massive blaze was seen also on top of the building. However, the fire is said to be spreading and is yet to be brought under control.

About this incident, Chief Minister Mohan Yadav said, “On the basis of the information received from the Collector, I told the CS to monitor it, that detailed information on the incident be gathered, and I have also been told that the fire has been brought under control.”

He added,” We have issued directions to ensure that no such incident occurs again. I hope that no such incident occurs again.” Meanwhile, a video on social media of the blaze shows thick, black smoke billowing out of the building.

The officer said that police personnel and fire engines can be seen at the scene, while operations are underway to control the massive fire. There were no immediate reports of any casualties or injuries, and the damage could not be determined yet.
