Amit Shah Condemns Ram Gopal’s Remark, Warns Against Missteps on Ram Temple

During an election rally at the Government Inter College Ground in Lakhimpur, Union Home Minister Amit Shah took aim at the opposition alliance, particularly targeting SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav’s statement regarding the Ram temple. Shah warned against any error that could result in the locking of the temple under the guise of Babri.

Amit Shah Condemns Ram Gopal’s Remark

Shah recounted the alleged shortcomings of the previous SP government in Uttar Pradesh, highlighting issues such as hooliganism, land encroachment, and electricity disparities during festivals.

He accused Congress, SP, and BSP of spreading false propaganda against BJP and Modi, citing instances like the alleged reduction of reservation for backward classes in Karnataka by the Congress party.

Targeted at Rahul Gandhi
Targeting Rahul Gandhi, Shah criticized the Congress party’s historical decisions, including the imposition of emergency and the introduction of triple talaq. He dismissed Rahul’s pledge to remove CAA, asserting its permanence regardless of opposition.

Shah ridiculed the opposition alliance for lacking a credible candidate for the Prime Minister’s post and accused them of nepotism, stating they have no clear leadership, vision, or policies.

Emphasizing BJP’s momentum in the ongoing elections, Shah declared the defeat of SP, Congress, and BSP, framing the election as an opportunity to re-elect Modi as Prime Minister and uplift millions from poverty. He paid homage to religious sites and honored a late BJP worker during his address.
