Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, has unveiled a generous Diwali bonus of Rs 7,000 for both Group B non-gazetted and Group C employees within the state government, marking a festive gesture.
During a press briefing, Kejriwal disclosed that the Delhi government has earmarked a sum of Rs 56 crore to facilitate the distribution of Diwali bonuses to approximately 80,000 employees belonging to Group B and Group C.
In the spirit of the festive season, Kejriwal explained, “This month being one of celebrations, we are pleased to provide a bonus of Rs 7,000 to all Group-B non-gazetted and Group-C employees. Presently, there are 80,000 such employees in the Delhi government.”
Furthermore, the chief minister emphasized his government’s consistent commitment to enhancing the well-being of its employees, assuring that such initiatives will remain an ongoing priority in the future.
