As the countdown to the grand inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya approaches its final days, the consecration rituals for the “Pran Pratishtha” sacraments have entered the fourth consecutive day. Commencing early at 9 am, today’s proceedings included the symbolic lighting of the fire during “Aranimanthan.” Nine kundas of various shapes, part of the main “Yagya Shala,” were prepared and ignited in a special “Kunda puja.” Additional rituals, such as “Aushadhadhivas, Kesaradhivas, Ghritadhivas,” will also be performed on the sacred idol.

Notably, sources indicate that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will observe a fruit-only diet during the day, starting from Friday, leading up to a complete fast on the day of “pran pratishtha” on Monday, January 22.
