BJP Poised for Repeat Victory in Madhya Pradesh Lok Sabha Elections 2024

In the upcoming Lok Sabha elections in Madhya Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is confident in replicating its resounding 2019 success, eyeing to secure 28 out of 29 parliamentary seats. Conversely, the Congress is projected to clinch just one seat, echoing its previous performance.

In the upcoming elections for the Lok Sabha in Madhya Pradesh, the BJP is feeling confident they’ll do as well as they did in 2019, aiming to win 28 out of 29 seats. But the Congress might only manage to win one seat, like last time.

The elections will happen in four phases on April 19, April 26, May 7, and May 13. The results will be counted on June 4, so it’s an exciting time for politics in Madhya Pradesh.

The BJP has picked their former Chief Minister, Chouhan, to run in the Vidisha area, where he’s popular. They’re hoping to repeat their success from 2019 when they won big in places like Indore, Dhar, Jhabua-Ratlam, Khandwa, and Khargone. They’re aiming to win all five seats that are up for grabs on May 13.

One important battleground will be Guna. That’s where Jyotiraditya Scindia, a big name in the Congress, lost in 2019. He’s trying to win it back this time. Another place to watch is Chhindwara, where the Congress has a strong hold with all seven assembly seats.
