Chief Ministers of BJP governed states plan to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya

In a symbolic demonstration of party unity and devotion, Chief Ministers of all BJP-ruled states have been instructed to visit the Ram temple in Ayodhya. The directive includes traveling with their entire cabinet colleagues. The move underscores the BJP’s commitment to the temple and its significance in the party’s ethos.

Tripura CM Manik Saha Leads on February 1:


Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha is set to be the first BJP Chief Minister to visit Ayodhya with his cabinet on February 1. The visit is part of a larger initiative where BJP CMs from various states will undertake similar visits in the coming days.

UP CM Yogi Adityanath and Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Follow Suit:


Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who was present at the grand ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony, will return to Ayodhya on February 1 accompanied by his entire cabinet. Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami and his cabinet are scheduled to visit the Ram Temple on February 2.

Schedule for Other CMs:


Maharashtra and Arunachal Pradesh CMs are expected to visit on February 5 and February 6, respectively.

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar will make the pilgrimage on February 9, followed by Rajasthan CM Bhajan Lal Sharma on February 12.

Goa CM Pramod Sawant plans to visit on February 15, while Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma will be in Ayodhya on February 22.

Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel and MP CM Mohan Yadav are scheduled for February 24 and March 4 visits, respectively. No date has been declared for Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai.

BJP Leaders Adjusting Plans Due to Crowds:

Some senior BJP leaders, including national president JP Nadda and Union home minister Amit Shah, have adjusted their Ayodhya visit plans due to the massive crowds. Nadda is now likely to visit on January 29, while Shah is expected to visit on February 4. An internal tracking system has been set up by BJP for those visiting Ayodhya, managed by BJP general secretary Tarun Chug.

CM Dhami Releases Annual Calendar on Pran Pratishtha Day:

On January 22, Uttarakhand CM Dhami released the annual calendar, ‘Strong Leadership Prosperous Uttarakhand,’ on the occasion of Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya. He expressed elation at being part of the grand festival after a long struggle and offered prayers at the temple in his government residence, praying for the prosperity of Uttarakhand’s people and the welfare of Sanatanis worldwide.

This pilgrimage initiative reflects the party’s dedication to the Ram temple cause and emphasizes the significance of Ayodhya in the BJP’s collective political and cultural narrative.
