The announcement comes ahead of the official polling schedule, which is yet to be disclosed by the Election Commission of India (ECI). Candidates and Constituencies

Annie Raja – Wayanad: Notably, the CPI has fielded Annie Raja as its candidate for the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat. Wayanad gained national prominence during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections when former Congress President Rahul Gandhi contested and won from this constituency.

Pannian Raveendran – Thiruvananthapuram: The Thiruvananthapuram constituency will see Pannian Raveendran representing the CPI. Thiruvananthapuram, the capital city of Kerala, has been a key battleground in previous elections.

VS Sunil Kumar – Thrissur: Thrissur, known for its cultural and historical significance, will witness VS Sunil Kumar as the CPI candidate. The constituency has been pivotal in shaping the political landscape of the state.

Arun Kumar – Mavelikara: Arun Kumar has been nominated by the CPI to contest from Mavelikara, adding to the party’s strategy to secure representation across diverse regions of Kerala.
