New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the Ashram flyover today i.e. on 6 March. Addressing the people on this occasion, he said that implementation of many schemes of the government is going on to beautify the roads of Delhi. The emphasis of our government is more on infrastructure development in Delhi. Along with this, he said that the cleanliness of the roads of Delhi is being emphasized more than before.

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal inaugurated the Ashram flyover today i.e. on 6 March. Addressing the people on this occasion, he said that implementation of many schemes of the government is going on to beautify the roads of Delhi. The emphasis of our government is more on infrastructure development in Delhi. Along with this, he said that the cleanliness of the roads of Delhi is being emphasized more than before. Our government will work to make the roads of the country’s capital more beautiful than before.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said that the roads of Delhi will be made more beautiful. The construction of Ashram flyover has been completed in record time. For this, he congratulated the officials of the Public Works Department. Also said that some work is still left. These also include the removal of high tension wires going over the flyover.

CM Arvind Kejriwal said that there are 101 flyovers and underpasses in Delhi. In the last 7 years, during our government, 27 flyovers have been built. Before that, 74 flyovers were built in 65 years. About 15 more flyover projects are going on in different parts of Delhi, which will help people get rid of traffic jams.

Please tell that from this evening the Ashram flyover will be opened for the common people at 5 pm today. After the start of the flyover, the traffic between Delhi and Noida will become easier and people will get relief from the jam. Right now only light vehicles will be able to use the Ashram flyover. Entry of heavy vehicles including bus-truck will be banned. After a few days it will be opened for big vehicles as well.

With the opening of Ashram flyover at 5 pm on Monday, people going to AIIMS and Dhaula Kuan from Noida, Mayur Vihar, Ghazipur will come directly from DND and cross Ashram from the new flyover via Lajpat Nagar, Moolchand and South Ax to AIIMS and Dhaula Kuan. Will be able to go People of the surrounding areas including Ring Road, DND, Mathura Road and Barapullah Elevated Road will be able to take maximum advantage of the opening of the flyover. This is also expected to reduce traffic congestion considerably.
