New Delhi: There is a continuous rise in the cases of Corona in the country. In Delhi, around 700 cases of corona have been registered in the capital in the last 24 hours. Along with this, the number of active corona patients has reached close to two and a half thousand.
According to the data released by the Health Department, 699 patients have been tested positive for Covid in 3305 tests conducted in the national capital during the last 24 hours. The infection rate has increased to 21.15%. 4 patients have also died during this time.
According to the health bulletin, four patient has died due to corona. The number of active corona patients in Delhi has now increased to 2460. According to the data released on Sunday, 5,357 new cases of covid-19 have been registered in India. Active cases in India have increased to 32,814 after the new cases came to light.
Talking about Maharashtra, 788 cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours. A patient has also died during this time. With this, the total number of patients in the state has increased to 4587. Mumbai city reported 211 new cases on Sunday, the sixth consecutive day that the city has reported more than 200 cases.
In the last 24 hours, 560 patients have been discharged from the hospital after recovery. The death rate of COVID-19 in the state is 1.82 percent, while the recovery rate is 98.12 percent.

Health department officials said that three people died of the virus in Shimla on Sunday, while one person died in Sirmaur district. He said the deceased were all males in the age group of 50-81.
