Japan: On Friday, A 6.3 magnitude earthquake has been felt in the central Ishikawa region of western Japan. However, according to officials, no tsunami warning has been issued after the earthquake.

The quake struck at a depth of 10 kilometers (6 miles) at 2:42 p.m., according to the Japan Meteorological Agency.

Shinkansen bullet trains between popular tourist destinations Nagano and Kanazawa were suspended, according to Japan Railways. Earlier on March 28, strong earthquake tremors were felt in Hokkaido, Japan. According to the National Center for Seismology, the magnitude of this earthquake was 6.2.

Let us tell you that earthquakes keep happening in Japan throughout the year. However, these earthquakes prove to be deadly when their intensity is high on the Richter scale. After a major earthquake, tsunamis are most likely to occur here.
