Earthquake tremors hits Andaman and Nicobar, magnitude 4 on Richter scale

New Delhi: Earthquake tremors were felt in Port Blair, capital of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, on Saturday night. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.0 on the Richter scale. The National Center for Seismology said the epicenter was 140 km from Port Blair. No loss of life or property has been reported so far due to the earthquake.

New Delhi: Earthquake tremors were felt in Port Blair, capital of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, on Saturday night. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.0 on the Richter scale. The National Center for Seismology said the epicenter was 140 km from Port Blair. No loss of life or property has been reported so far due to the earthquake.
