New Delhi: The airline company Go First, which is facing financial crisis, has taken a big decision. The company has canceled all its flights till May 26. Its information has been tweeted by the company. It has been told in the information received that the company had to take this decision due to operational problems.

In the tweet made by Go First, it has been told that the passengers who had already booked tickets. The money of those passengers will be returned. Earlier, on May 12, the airline company had also given information in a tweet. During this, the company had told that all the flights till May 23, 2023 have been cancelled.

Go First Airline tweeted, ‘We regret to inform that due to operational issues, Go First flights till May 26, 2023 have been cancelled. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Passengers will soon be refunded their money.

The airline has further written, ‘We are well aware that your travel plans are being disrupted due to the cancellation of flights. But we are committed to provide you full support. We will start the next booking soon.

Talking about the rules of refund, if a flight is canceled by the airline company, then according to the current rules, the airlines give 100 percent refund to their passengers. At the same time, refund is also arranged on the recommendation of the passengers.

DGCA in its new rules has also given freedom to cancel tickets without paying extra fees. Significantly, the airline has also applied for bankruptcy proceedings with NCLT, which was approved by NCLT with conditions.
