“I feel pity for Smriti Irani…,” Sanjay Raut on nomination of KL Sharma from Amethi

Amethi Loksabha Seat: This time, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is going to contest elections from Rae Bareli apart from Wayanad. At the same time, all the BJP leaders including PM Narendra Modi are targeting him for not contesting elections from Amethi. Meanwhile, Shiv Sena (Uddhav faction) leader Sanjay Raut has taken a dig at Union Minister and BJP candidate from Amethi Smriti Irani.

Actually, Sanjay Raut has described Congress candidate from Amethi Kishori Lal Sharma as PA of Rahul Gandhi. Raut said on Saturday (May 4) that other leaders have contested the elections from Amethi on behalf of Congress, who did not belong to the Gandhi family. He feels pity and pity on Smriti Irani because she is now going to lose the election to Rahul Gandhi’s PA.

Sanjay Raut said that this is a very thoughtful decision, Kishori Lal Sharma is a loyal candidate of Congress. He is a very grassroots worker. Unlike BJP, Congress did not bring candidates from outside to contest the elections.

Let us tell you that in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, Rahul Gandhi had to face defeat against Smriti Irani from Amethi seat. This time, on Rahul Gandhi not contesting the elections from Amethi, BJP leaders say that he is not contesting the elections from Amethi due to the fear of defeat in the elections.
