The age threshold, previously set at 60, will now be lowered to 50. This decision is anticipated to extend financial assistance and support to a broader segment of the population entering their fifties, contributing to their overall well-being.
Highlighting the significance of local employment, Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced a groundbreaking policy to reserve 75% of jobs for residents of Jharkhand in companies establishing offices within the state. This strategic move seeks to prioritize local talent, promote economic growth, and ensure that job opportunities are accessible to the indigenous workforce.
