The age threshold, previously set at 60, will now be lowered to 50. Job Reservation for Locals in State-Based Companies

Highlighting the significance of local employment, Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced a groundbreaking policy to reserve 75% of jobs for residents of Jharkhand in companies establishing offices within the state.
