MG Desertstorm – Snowstorm Edition : MG is on the verge of increasing sales across its portfolio in India. After partnering with JSW Group in India, MG Motors is working on a strategy to increase sales by launching special editions of its vehicles.
Like Gloster, MG may also include Snow Storm and Desert Storm in the Hector lineup. As seen in the spy shorts, the Hector Snow Storm will get an all-white exterior color in a monotone format. The red highlights visible on the Hector Snow Storm are a bit subtle compared to the Gloster Snow Storm.
Like the MG Gloster, the Snow Storm Edition of the Hector is seen in monotone white exterior with red highlights.
Hector Special Edition can get panoramic sunroof, better audio and infotainment system with premium interior.
Engine: It will continue to have the option of 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine and 2.0-litre diesel engine, while transmission will feature 6-speed manual and CVT gearbox.
Starting price: The price of the Hector special edition will be revealed at the time of launch. It is estimated that like the Gloster, the price will be around Rs 2 lakh more than the standard model. The current starting price of Hector is Rs 38.8 lakh.
