Expecting parents Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were recently spotted enjoying a movie night with family at a Mumbai theatre. The couple watched Deepika’s latest film, Kalki 2898 AD, along with Ranveer’s mother and sister.

After the show, Deepika and Ranveer walked hand-in-hand, greeting the paparazzi outside the theatre. Deepika, embracing her pregnancy glow, wore an oversized white t-shirt, denim capri pants, and a striped blazer. She accessorized her look with glasses reminiscent of her character Naina from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. Ranveer, on the other hand, opted for an all-black outfit, with his beard becoming a point of attention.

Directed by Nag Ashwin, Kalki 2898 AD is a grand 3D sci-fi film with a reported budget of ₹600 crore. The multilingual movie features an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Disha Patani, Saswata Chatterjee, and Shobhana. The film, which blends elements of the Hindu epic Mahabharata with science fiction, was released globally on June 27 in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English.
Upcoming Projects for Deepika and Ranveer
Both Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have exciting projects lined up. They will be seen together in Singham Again, slated for a November 1 release. The film, directed by Rohit Shetty, also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor, Tiger Shroff, and Jackie Shroff, and is the fifth installment in Shetty’s cinematic cop universe.
