However, the stay has been stayed till the next hearing and the Supreme Court will hear the matter on April 24. Abhishek Banerjee is to be questioned about the West Bengal teacher recruitment scam.

Let us know that the single judge of the Calcutta High Court had ordered an inquiry from Abhishek Banerjee and Kuntala Ghosh with investigating agencies in the teacher recruitment scam.

The petition was filed in the Supreme Court against it. On which the Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice PS Narasimha and JB Pardiwala have been heard. The Supreme Court ordered the next hearing to not take any action by investigating agencies in this case.
