NEET UG 2024: The Supreme Court’s decision has come on Tuesday on the controversy created after the results of NEET entrance exam 2024. The Supreme Court has refused to ban NEET counselling. Now NEET counseling will take place at the scheduled time only. The Supreme Court has also issued a notice to NTA. Actually, in this petition, a demand was made to ban the counseling based on the NEET UG result which came on June 4.

The Supreme Court heard this petition related to NEET exam on Tuesday. The Supreme Court refused to ban counseling for the time being during the hearing of the case. The Supreme Court issued a notice to NTA i.e. National Testing Agency and said that the sanctity of the examination has been affected. We want answers from NTA.

This petition has been filed in the Supreme Court by Abdullah Mohammad Faiz, resident of Telangana, and Dr. Sheikh Roshan Mohidin, resident of Andhra Pradesh. The Supreme Court on Tuesday joined this petition with another petition. In this petition, there has been a demand to cancel the examination and conduct it again. Now the National Testing Agency has to respond to the petition requesting to re-conduct the NEET-UG 2024 exam on the basis of question paper leak and other irregularities.
