Andhra Pradesh: On Thursday, an official said that at least 13 children were injured in Andhra Pradesh after a chariot, part of Ugadi procession, came into contact with an overhead high-voltage electric wire. The incident happened at Tekur village in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh.
