In a notable development, international wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, famously known as The Great Khali, made his presence felt on the streets of Kanpur, rallying support for the BJP candidate.

Starting his procession from Chandrika Devi temple, Khali’s road show traversed through various parts of Kanpur, including Sukhdev Nagar, Acharya Nagar, and Bharatiya Vidyalaya Road, among others. The enthusiastic response from both the youth and women along the route underscored Khali’s enduring popularity. The road show culminated at the office of Sisamau assembly constituency, where Khali was warmly welcomed by BJP MLC Salil Bishnoi, candidate Ramesh Awasthi, and regional media in-charge Anoop Awasthi. The event showcased the formidable influence of Khali’s popularity in the electoral arena.
