UK: Carrie, wife of former UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, gave birth to a son last week. Carrie gave this information in an Instagram post on Tuesday. Carrie (35) wrote in the post, “Welcoming Frank Alfred Odysseus Johnson into the world on July 5th at 9:15 am. (Can you guess which name my husband chose?!)”
Carrie wrote, “Thank you so much to the incredible maternity team from the National Health Service at UCLH (University College London Hospital). They really are the most amazing caring people. I feel extremely grateful.”
Johnson and Carey married in May 2021. Their first son was born in April 2020. Daughter Romi was born in December 2021.
This is the eighth child of Boris Johnson from three women. These women also include his ex-wife Marina Wheeler of Indian origin.
Johnson (59) studied at Balliol College, University of Oxford. Odysseus is the name of a famous Greek king in Homer’s epic Odyssey. Odysseus is one of the names for Johnson’s newborn baby. This is Kerry and Boris Johnson’s second son.
