Amidst circulating claims of actor Aamir Khan endorsing a political party in an online video, his team has stepped forward to debunk these allegations, labeling the video as ‘fake’.
In a statement, they explain that Aamir Khan has never supported any political party in his 35 years in the industry. Instead, he’s focused on helping people know about voting through Election Commission campaigns.
Expressing concern over the viral video, the statement outlined that legal action has been initiated, including filing an FIR with the Cyber Crime Cell of the Mumbai Police. Aamir Khan urged citizens to actively participate in the electoral process by exercising their voting rights.
