The Political Affairs Committee (PAC) of AAP has reaffirmed the nominations of Sanjay Singh and ND Gupta for their second terms in the Rajya Sabha, as their current terms are set to conclude on January 27, 2024.

The court order facilitates Singh’s involvement in the nomination process, allowing him to discuss modalities with his counsel.
AAP, with its current strength of 10 members in the Rajya Sabha, including prominent figures like Raghav Chadha and former cricketer Harbhajan Singh, has witnessed a significant increase in representation following its landslide victory in Punjab.
