New Delhi: Air India’s Boeing aircraft stranded in Russia’s Magadan has been completely repaired and has returned to Mumbai. According to a source, there were two pilots and eight crew members in the plane.

Earlier, the spokesperson of the airline had said, Our Boeing 777-200LR aircraft has departed from GDX and is on its way to Mumbai. We confirm that our engineering team has rectified the fault in the oil system of one of the aircraft’s engines.

He had said that before taking off from GDX today, the aircraft was checked on all safety parameters and it was certified that the aircraft is serviceable.

Explain that on Tuesday, one of the two engines of Air India’s Boeing 777-200LR aircraft going from Delhi to San Francisco developed a fault. Due to which the aircraft was landed in Magadan, Russia in an emergency.
