Aurangabad/Bihar: In a grim testament to the growing number of everyday disputes, a disagreement over car parking in Bihar’s Aurangabad district turned into a deadly confrontation, leaving four dead and two seriously injured. The incident took place in Nabinagar locality between a shopkeeper and a person, a busy area of the Bihar-Jharkhand border, turning a dull afternoon into a horrifying scene of violence.

The catalyst for violence was a seemingly innocuous act. Four people resident of Haidernagar in Palamu district of Jharkhand parked their car in front of a shop. This led to a heated argument with the shopkeeper, who objected to the obstruction. The verbal altercation escalated when one of the car occupants brandished a pistol and opened fire. The bullet, which was meant for the shopkeeper, hit a bystander instead.
