Delhi liquor policy case: K Kavitha at ED office today for second round of questioning

New Delhi: Enforcement Directorate (ED) Member of Legislative Council of Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) K. Will question Kavita again today. ED Telangana Chief Minister KCR’s daughter K. Kavita was summoned last week for questioning in the Delhi Excise Policy scam case. Earlier, Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MP Ranjith Reddy, had said Kavitha will go to the ED office today for questioning.

According to the ED, Kavitha is also one of the representatives of South Group in the excise policy case. The ED had asked the MLA to appear again before March 16, but she did not appear due to the pending petition in the Supreme Court. He has since been issued a fresh summons to appear for questioning on March 20. The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy case on March 24.
