Deputy CM Pathak Predicts BJP’s Clean Sweep in UP: Pre-Lok Sabha Poll Assertion

In a bold assertion, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak has confidently proclaimed that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is poised to clinch victory in all 80 seats in the state during the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Deputy CM Pathak Predicts BJP’s Clean Sweep in UP. Expressing his optimism, Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak stated, “The BJP will secure triumph in both Phase 1 and Phase 2 seats. The resounding rejection of the opposition coalition indicates a growing trust in the BJP among the electorate, paving the way for a comprehensive victory across Uttar Pradesh.”

Highlighting the success of the PM’s Garib Kalyan Yojana in reaching every household, Pathak emphasized, “The BJP’s track record of effective governance has bolstered people’s confidence, contributing to the party’s increasing popularity.”

Pathak didn’t mince words when criticizing the Samajwadi Party, asserting, “The BJP is poised to achieve an absolute majority in the Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh. The opposition has been marginalized, with the electorate firmly backing the BJP. The people have unequivocally rejected the opposition alliance and have never tolerated the violence and corruption associated with the Samajwadi Party.”

Responding to queries regarding Akhilesh Yadav’s election rally in Kannauj, Pathak dismissed the opposition’s presence, stating, “The public has already made its decision to secure another majority victory for the BJP.”

In a scathing assessment of the newly formed opposition alliance in Uttar Pradesh, Pathak declared, “The opposition’s endeavors have fallen flat.”

Amidst shifting political dynamics in the state, the BJP has forged a formidable coalition, encompassing parties such as RLD, SBSP, Apna Dal (S), and the Nishad party, consolidating its position.

In contrast, while Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav allies with the opposition bloc, Mayawati embarks on the electoral journey independently.

Furthermore, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya rebuffed opposition parties, asserting that there is no room for Akhilesh Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, Mayawati, or any opposition leader in the country’s politics until 2047.

Maurya confidently stated, “The BJP alliance candidate Bhola Singh will secure a decisive victory in Bulandshahr, ensuring a third term for the BJP alliance. The BJP and its allies are poised to sweep all 80 Lok Sabha seats in UP and over 400 nationwide. The electorate has dismissed the INDI alliance, formed in Bangalore but dissolved in Mumbai. There is no space for Akhilesh Yadav, Rahul Gandhi, Mayawati, or any opposition leader until 2047.”

Uttar Pradesh, with its significant contingent of 80 MPs in Parliament, will vote across all seven phases.

Voting for the initial phases, one and two, is scheduled for April 19 and April 26. Subsequently, the state will go to the polls again in phases three and four on May 7 and May 13. Uttar Pradesh voters will also participate in phases five, six, and seven on May 20, May 23, and June 1, respectively.

Vote counting will take place on June 4.
