Disgruntled JD-U leader Upendra Kushwaha resigns from the party , forms new party

Bihar: The biggest news of Bihar’s politics is coming out, where Upendra Kushwaha, former chairman of JDU Parliamentary Board, has taken a big decision. In fact, Upendra Kushwaha, who is angry with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, has announced the formation of his new party on Monday after breaking away from JDU. Upendra Kushwaha has named his new party Rashtriya Lok Janata Dal party.

Upendra Kushwaha said that on the basis of the feedback I got from my colleagues in the ongoing meeting with Patna workers for two days, the time has come to form a new party. Upendra Kushwaha said that many JDU workers who came to attend the meeting requested me to form a separate party in view of the current political situation. In such a situation, respecting the sentiments of the workers, we have decided to form a new party.

Upendra Kushwaha futher said that from today we are going to start a new political innings. He said that when we came to JDU two years ago, there was a special situation in front of the state. Before that, people had given the responsibility of handling the legacy of Jananayak to Lalu Yadav. In the initial phase, Lalu took up the interests of the public, but later he got disoriented. Upendra Kushwaha said that Nitish Kumar did a very good job in the initial phase. But later the ending turned bad. All is bad that ends badly.

He said that I had informed the Chief Minister, JDU National President Lalan Singh and JDU Rajya Sabha MP Vashishtha Narayan Singh about separation from the party in the morning itself. I am leaving all the posts and responsibilities of JDU. Let me tell you, today in the meeting of Upendra Kushwaha, a political proposal to form a new party was brought and it has also been passed. Along with this, a proposal to make Upendra Kushwaha the national president has also been passed. He has been authorized to name the party, flag and many responsibilities.

Addressing the media, Upendra Kushwaha said that after the 2020 assembly elections, we sided with Nitish Kumar. Nitish Kumar called us and we got together. But, the way Nitish Kumar talked about handing over his legacy to an RJD leader a few days ago, since then the party workers were very disappointed. We informed both the party’s national president and Nitish Kumar about the party’s position in this regard. When we raised our voice, the Chief Minister had said that Upendra Kushwaha should go wherever he wants to go.

Upendra Kushwaha said that after this statement of Nitish Kumar, I had demanded my share in JDU. But, today Nitish Kumar has nothing in his hands. He did the work of mortgaging the entire inheritance. Now they have nothing to share. That’s why what to ask from them? That’s why we have decided to form a separate party.
